Terms for using Quote2Client

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Quote2Client website, applications, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You may use Quote2Client only if you are able to form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable law.

2. Your account

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to access or disrupt accounts, systems, or networks without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by law.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms or harms other users or the Service.

4. Subscription and payments

Some features of Quote2Client may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Where applicable, pricing, billing frequency, and included features will be described at the point of purchase or in your account settings.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non‑refundable and will continue until you cancel through the Service or we terminate your access in accordance with these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

Quote2Client, including its software, branding, and content (excluding your own data and content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the client data, quotes, and other content you upload or generate through Quote2Client (“Your Data”). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data only to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use Your Data with Quote2Client.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Quote2Client relies on third‑party data sources and integrations. We do not guarantee that rates, product availability, or other third‑party information displayed in the Service will be accurate or error‑free at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quote2Client and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, unless a different jurisdiction is required by law in your location.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the Service.

Your continued use of Quote2Client after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
